Our comprehensive exercise and rehabilitation programs facilitate your journey in summit discovery. We subscribe to the latest research and incorporate only evidence-based methodologies into our practices.

Upon initial consultation, a needs analysis will be conducted through an extensive history review and subsequent movement assessment to determine program optimization.

At every tier, monthly programs through the Vella Health app tailored specifically to your individuality are provided, with each program including:

At every tier, you have direct access to the team through the Vella Health app.

Tier I provides monthly consultations where your individualized comprehensive program is initially curated and then updated in accordance to this frequency.

Tier II provides virtual training where your individualized comprehensive program is initially curated and then guided by the team through 60-minute sessions up to 4 appointments per month every month.

Tier III provides virtual training where your individualized comprehensive program is initially curated and then guided by the team through 60-minute sessions up to 8 appointments per month every month.

Transformative, Challenging & Effective, A Must-Try Workout Program!

I recently started the VH Tier 3 program and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The structure was well thought out, making it easy to follow while still being challenging enough to push me past my limits.

I Loved:
- Progressive Workouts – Each session built on the last, keeping things fresh and avoiding plateaus. Created 3,4, and 5 day programs
- Clear Instructions & Demonstrations – The guidance was top-notch, ensuring proper form and minimizing injury risk. Comes with pictures and meets 1 on 1 to explain movements.
- Balanced Approach – A great mix of strength training, cardio, and mobility work. You get a nutrition guide, mobility guide and workout plan.
- Noticeable Results – Within a few weeks, I felt stronger, more energized, and saw visible changes in my physique.

Best Workout Session with Trainer Whom I Can Always Trust On!

Before meeting Mike, I have had about 3 other personal trainers and 5 physical therapists. Although they all agreed that I needed a series of “good” exercises after cancer treatment, they were confused and scared to where to begin with. Mike, on the other hand, has always been attentive and brave enough to start new workout sets with me steadily, one step at a time.
For example, he monitors my arm angles and positions constantly, and i finally was able to do one full rep. of push-up, a literal miracle for me. This was personally very huge and meaningful, especially after a decade of living in and around the hospital bed.
So if you are looking for someone who will strengthen AND help you recover from physical illness/surgery/condition, Mike is the guy!
