VH Tier II Train | Rehab Program
We provide online fitness training and rehabilitation, placing you under the direct care of a Certified Personal Trainer (C-PT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Doctoral Candidate in Physical Therapy (DPT licensure exam scheduled January 2026).
Our signature Train | Rehab programs are as individualized as they are comprehensive, delivered through telehealth services.
How often would you like to have live sessions with your coach each month?
Each tier includes direct access to your coach, with a different level of support and structure to guide your progress — and set new goals as you grow.
Tier I
Independent Coaching
1 Session per Month
For those who prefer training independently — with an expert support system behind them. This tier includes your comprehensive, personalized program and a monthly live check-in to review progress, adapt your plan, and stay accountable — all with the flexibility to train on your own schedule.
Tier II
Consistent Coaching
1 Session per Week
For those who benefit from steady guidance and expert feedback in real time. This tier combines your comprehensive, personalized program with weekly live sessions to coach movement quality, apply timely updates, and promote consistent progress.
Tier III
Refined Coaching
2 Sessions per Week
For those who want elevated performance driven by continual expert insight. With twice-weekly sessions and your comprehensive, personalized program, this tier empowers in-depth movement analysis, responsive programming, and refined progress that builds lasting momentum.

Complete Your BASELINE
After checkout, you'll receive an e-mail with a secure link to complete your BASELINE — our intake form, where you'll share your goals, health history, injury background, and any relevant training experience.
This step allows us to prepare for your initial consultation and conduct a needs analysis to begin designing your program. Your responses guide how we program, coach, and support you from day one. Tell us where you're starting from — and where you want to go.
We'll review your BASELINE together in depth during your consult, ensuring your program is as comprehensive as possible. From there, we'll schedule your sessions based on your selected tier and subscription plan — let's go to work!
Start Your Program
After your initial consultation with BASELINE review, your program is ready to go! Delivered through our Google Sheets Train | Rehab portal, we design each program to be as intuitive as it is accessible — so you can train with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
Once you are provided your program:
• Preview your workouts ahead of each session
• Log your performance directly into Sheets
• Stay synced with coaching feedback & progression
