NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER: Entries must be submitted as specified by the Sponsor. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail and must respond within the specified time frame or an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE CLAIMS: Winners must provide valid government-issued photo identification, complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and where permitted, a publicity release. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
TICKET VALIDITY: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant who tampers with the raffle or violates the rules.
MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION: The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the raffle. In such cases, prizes may be awarded from eligible entries received prior to the issue.
TAXES: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize. The Sponsor may withhold taxes as required by law.
ARBITRATION: Any disputes arising from the raffle will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, waiving any right to class actions, to the extent permitted by law.
